Quinceañeras
Every quinceañera package from IAZ Photo Studio includes one photographer and one videographer for 8, 10 or 12 continuous hours, a portrait session in her gown before the day, and your edited photos and film. The price on this page is the price on the contract; the only extras are the add-ons you choose and time after 10:00 pm.
The three packages below are the same ones our team used for the three Queen Creek quinceañeras on the gallery. All three families chose Complete.
Essential covers the Mass and the reception in 8 hours at 2 locations: church and hall. Complete adds 2 hours and a third location, usually getting ready at home, plus every photo, the album, the highlight films and streaming. Deluxe adds 2 more hours for a late surprise dance, a fourth location, the guest book, drone footage and the event website.

The most common are an extra hour when the surprise dance runs late, a second photographer when she and her court get ready in different places, and the 5-minute highlight for families on the Essential package. Every add-on and its price goes on the contract before the day.

You choose your photos online within 4 weeks after the celebration, and production starts from your selection. Delivery is usually 2 to 4 weeks after that for photos alone and 4 to 8 weeks for photos and film. A family that takes three months to choose waits three months longer, and we say so before you sign, because it is the question nobody thinks to ask.
The photos are yours to choose. We learned years ago that the picture a photographer skips for a half-closed eye can be the one a mother keeps, because it shows a face the way the family knows it. If no selection arrives by the fourth week, the studio selects for you so the album can be made.
Downloads include permission to print for personal use, plus a 20% code for professional prints ordered online. We keep your files for one year; download and back up your gallery within that year.
No travel fee within 50 driving miles of Tempe, Arizona (I-10 and US-60), which covers Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Gilbert, Chandler and Mesa. Farther than that, travel is quoted on the full driving distance and agreed in writing before the event.
Complete, at $3,250. Ten hours cover getting ready, the Mass, the entrance, the waltz, the surprise dance and the toast at most quinceañeras, and the album and the highlight films are the pieces families share most. All three Queen Creek quinceañeras on this site used it.
Yes. The 5-minute highlight is $160 and the 1-minute highlight is $100 as add-ons. Complete and Deluxe include both.
Coverage ends at 10:00 pm in every package. Each hour after that is extra time at $150, paid before the material is delivered. Tell us the hall's closing time and we plan the hours around it.
Yes. The one-hour session in her gown is included in every package and is scheduled before the celebration, at a location you choose. Many families use those photos for the invitation or a slideshow at the party. An extra pre-event session is $250.
Yes. The photo-only and video-only event packages start at $1,250 for 4 hours, without the portrait session. The combined packages on this page are shown first because they include both services and the session.
