A $500 deposit holds your date. The balance is paid in installments, in full one month before the celebration. No travel fee within 50 driving miles of Tempe, Arizona (I-10 and US-60), which covers Our Lady of Guadalupe and every reception hall in Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Gilbert, Chandler and Mesa.

Do you speak Spanish on the day?
Yes. Our team works in English and Spanish, so grandparents and padrinos are directed in their own language during the family portraits, and the quinceañera and her court in theirs.
Are there rules for photographing the Mass?
Every parish sets its own rules on where photographers may stand and whether flash is allowed during the Mass. Ask your parish office and tell us; our team follows them. Our team has photographed two quinceañera Masses at Our Lady of Guadalupe in Queen Creek.
How early should we book?
As soon as the Mass date and the hall are confirmed. Only the $500 deposit holds a date. If the date moves, you may change it once, 4 or more months before the event, as long as the new date is free.
Do we need a second photographer for a big court of honor?
Not for the court itself: one photographer and one videographer cover the waltz and the surprise dance from two angles. A second photographer, $500 for 4 hours, helps when the quinceañera and her court get ready in different places at the same time, or when you want the guests covered while the main photographer stays with her.
