What the full edited event video and the highlights contain
The full edited event video
The whole day in order: getting ready, the ceremony from the entrance to the exit with the vows and the readings as they sounded, the family moments after it, the entrance to the reception, the toasts, the first dances, the cake and the party. It is cut to the length of your day, not to a formula, and it is the film your family will play from the beginning when they want to find the moment they remember. Delivered on USB.
The 1-minute highlight
Sixty seconds for phones and social posts, set to music, with a line of the vows or a toast when the sound carries it. Included in the 6-hour package, or added to any package for $100.
The 5-minute highlight
Five minutes that tell the day from getting ready to the send-off with its own sound: the vows, the toasts and the dancing in sequence. Included in the 8-hour package, or added to any package for $160.
Online streaming for family far away
Streaming lets relatives in another state or country watch the film from anywhere. It is an add-on at $450 on video-only packages and included in the Complete and Deluxe combined packages.
What video-only packages do not include
- No photos and no gallery. If you need photos too, the combined packages include both crews, and the photo-only packages cover the reverse case.
- No pre-event session. The one-hour session belongs to the combined packages.
- No second videographer. One videographer covers the event; a second one is an add-on at $600 for 4 hours and $150 per hour after that.
- No drone footage. Aerial footage comes only with the Deluxe combined package.
Booking terms for video-only coverage
Deposit, payments and cancellation
A $500 deposit holds your date; the balance is paid in installments and in full one month before the event. The deposit is the cancellation fee, and a cancellation less than 4 months before the event loses everything paid. One date change is allowed 4 or more months out, if the new date is free.
Hours, overtime and travel
Coverage ends at 10:00 pm; anything later is extra time at $150 per hour. There is no travel fee within 50 driving miles of Tempe, Arizona (I-10 and US-60), which reaches every venue in Queen Creek. Parking and entrance fees are the client's. Need more than 8 hours of one service? We price longer days individually; ask for a quote with your date.
Delivery and backup
Usual delivery for a package with video is 4 to 8 weeks; that is the usual time, not a promise. The film arrives on USB, and we keep your material for one year, so copy and back it up within that time. Every event has backup equipment on site, and if the videographer is sick another member of our team covers it or you get a full refund.
