Weddings
Wedding photo and video packages from IAZ Photo Studio cost $2,150, $3,250 or $4,995 in Queen Creek, and each one includes one photographer and one videographer for the whole day. The price covers 8, 10 or 12 continuous hours, a one-hour pre-wedding session, your edited photos, your edited film and a framed 20×30 print.
Nothing on this page is a starting price that grows later. The cards below list every item in each package, the table shows where they differ, and the terms section explains the deposit, the payment schedule and what happens if you cancel or move the date.
All three packages cover the wedding day with the same two people from start to finish, and the same team shoots the pre-wedding session. Essential suits a ceremony and a reception at two locations, with 75 edited photos. Complete, the most chosen package, adds the full gallery, an album, the highlight videos and online streaming. Deluxe adds a longer day, a fourth location, a guest book, a tablet, an event website and drone footage.

Everything not in this table is the same in all three: two crews, the pre-wedding session, the online gallery, USB delivery and a framed 20×30 photo.

Add-ons are priced per item and written into your contract before the wedding, so the total you sign is the total you pay. The most requested are an extra hour at $150, a second photographer when the bride and the groom get ready in different places at the same time, and a larger album.

Your date is reserved for you alone once the deposit is paid and the digital contract, sent through ShutterTerms, is signed. The balance is paid in installments and in full one month before the wedding.
The deposit is the cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 4 months before the wedding, everything paid is lost. You can move the date once, 4 or more months out, as long as the new date is free.
After the wedding you choose your photos online within 4 weeks. Usual delivery is 4 to 8 weeks counted from that selection for a package with photo and video; that is the usual time, not a promise. Downloads include permission to print for personal use, and a 20% code covers professional prints ordered online. We keep your material for one year, so download and back up your gallery within that time.
Hours run continuously, so travel between locations counts. Coverage ends at 10:00 pm; anything later is extra time at $150 per hour. There is no travel fee within 50 driving miles of Tempe, Arizona (I-10 and US-60), which reaches every venue in Queen Creek. Beyond that, travel is quoted on the full driving distance and agreed in writing before the wedding. Parking and entrance fees are yours.
Every wedding has backup equipment on site. If your photographer or videographer is sick, another member of our team covers the day; if nobody is available, you get a full refund.
With IAZ Photo Studio, $2,150 for 8 hours with both, $3,250 for 10 hours with the full gallery and an album, or $4,995 for 12 hours with everything. Photo-only and video-only packages start at $1,250 for 4 hours.

Each extra hour costs $150 and is added to your contract. Coverage ends at 10:00 pm in every package; hours after that are extra time at the same rate, paid before delivery.
Not for most weddings: one photographer and one videographer already cover the ceremony from two angles. A second photographer, $500 for 4 hours and $125 per hour after that, makes sense when the bride and the groom get ready in different places at the same time, or when the guest list is more than one person can cover during cocktail hour.
You choose your photos online within 4 weeks after the wedding. The usual delivery is 4 to 8 weeks from that selection, on USB, with the gallery online for one year.
