What we can do for your wedding on short notice
- Cover the full day with the same packages as any other wedding: 8, 10 or 12 hours, 2 to 4 locations, photos and an edited film. Every item is listed on the wedding packages page.
- Send only a photographer or only a videographer if the other vendor is still coming, using the photo-only and video-only packages.
- Cover quinceañeras and portrait sessions the same way; the premium for a session is $150 instead of $500.
- Bring backup equipment, as at every event, and work in English and Spanish with both sides of the family.
What we cannot do is promise a date before we check the team's calendar. That is why the first step is a text with your details, not a payment.
What urgent wedding coverage costs
The price is the package you choose plus a fixed premium:

Example: the Essential package at $2,150 becomes $2,650 as an urgent booking in Queen Creek. No travel fee applies within 50 driving miles of Tempe, Arizona (I-10 and US-60), which covers every venue in Queen Creek.
How payment works for an urgent booking
- You receive a digital contract on your phone through ShutterTerms, with the package, the premium and these terms, and you sign it before paying anything.
- The full amount is paid by Zelle once the contract is signed. Cash is accepted for up to half of the total only if Zelle limits block the transfer. No cards and no checks.
- There is no refund on an urgent booking unless IAZ Photo Studio cannot make it to the event.

With the contract signed and the payment in, the photographer and the videographer get your timeline, your family list and the venue contact, and they plan the day together.

How soon can you be at the wedding?
That depends on the team's calendar on your date, so we never promise before we check. Text us the date and venue and you get an honest answer as soon as we have checked the calendar.
Do you cover weddings in Flagstaff, Show Low or Tucson on short notice?
Yes, with at least 3 hours' notice before the event. On top of the $500 urgent premium, we quote the travel as a range before you sign, because it depends on a last-minute hotel (up to $500 a night), mileage and meals; the contract is signed and paid before we leave.
Why do you only take Zelle for urgent bookings?
Because the team may be leaving within hours and a Zelle transfer clears before they do. Cash covers up to half of the total only when a Zelle limit blocks the transfer; cards and checks are not accepted for urgent bookings.
Can we get a refund if we cancel the urgent booking?
No. Once the contract is signed and paid, the date is yours and the team is committed. The only refund is when IAZ Photo Studio cannot make it to the event.
